It is a great privilege so early in my time at tcc to be able to invite you, our clients, to join us at our upcoming International Marketing Forum in Rome.

The theme for this year's event is Tailor-Made Loyalty: this is something that I am personally passionate about and will shape the way tcc works with our clients in the future.

One aspect of this concept is that we should collaborate to develop loyalty marketing campaigns that dovetail with your marketing strategy and help to support and enhance it.

The second aspect is to create campaigns that are tailored to shoppers: engaging them in different ways and rewarding them in different ways. These campaigns will help you to win new shoppers, create differentiation in a crowded and ultra-competitive market and continue to deliver real commercial benefit.

Finally, we will continue to set out our vision for how we can work together in a more strategic and long-term way to ensure that the benefits we provide are delivered year after year.
